Order & payment

When you order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email you used when you placed your order. If you haven't received this, you can see if it has ended up in the spam folder, and if you still can't find it, contact our customer support at voff@valpoteket.se

Unfortunately not, so be sure to check your goods properly before placing the order. If it was a mistake or you regret it, you can make a return. You will find under "Returns & exchanges" how to make a return.

If you have entered incorrect contact information for your order, such as email address, address or telephone number, please contact voff@valpoteket.se as soon as possible. There may still be time to change the information before your order is processed. If incorrect information is entered and thereby affects the delivery, you may be charged extra costs for changing address/agent, shipping fees, etc. Please note that we cannot correct information that has been entered with Klarna - therefore contact Klarna regarding questions about your invoice/payment details.

Unfortunately not. Once an order has been placed and left our warehouse, no changes can be made. If you have accidentally added the wrong information to your order, please contact voff@valpoteket.se as soon as possible before the order leaves the warehouse.

If you have not received your order, please ensure that enough days have passed since you placed your order according to the delivery times, and also check that you have entered the correct information when ordering. If the information is correct, and enough days have passed since you placed the order, you can contact our customer service at voff@valpoteket.se

If you need support, contact Klarna on 08-12012010 or support@klarna.com, and they will help you with your payment in Klarna.

Please contact your bank or Klarna if your payment is not accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot help you with specific questions regarding your payment due to confidentiality.

We currently offer payment using Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna as well as card payments via Amex, VISA and Mastercard.

Shipping & delivery

Delivery time varies between 4-7 working days. We always aim for the delivery to take a maximum of 5 days, but as we work with an external logistics partner, it may take a little longer than expected.

We have free shipping on orders over SEK 499. If you buy something under SEK 499, SEK 79 is added to the shipping cost.

We currently only ship within Sweden.

You can change your delivery details within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, your order is locked, but we always aim to send your item as close to your delivery address as possible.

We deliver with PostNord and DB Schenker. When your order is available for pick-up at an agent, you will receive an email or a notice in your mailbox.

Returns & exchanges

If you want to make a return, you can use our return service, log in easily with your email and find the order and product you want to return. Then follow the steps.

Making a return costs SEK 99/return and will be deducted from your refund. As we want to be transparent, there is a cost for shipping back to us as well as a small admin fee for handling returns in our warehouse.

We also urge you as a buyer not to make a return if you have the opportunity to sell your product at a second-hand store or similar.

If you would like to change your product to a different color or size, please return the product you do not wish to keep and place a new order. Please note that shipping and return charges apply.
